On the east side of Parry Sound Drive across from the Pentecostal Church The portion of these lands designated commercial is approximately 3.5 acres. The property is occupied by a house and a number of farm-out buildings. Water service is available on Parry Sound Drive but, sewer service is not available. If the owners wish to retire and sell the farm some amount of land could be made available for development. A rezoning of the lands would be necessary.
