The Municipalities of Carling, McDougall, McKellar, and the Township of Seguin, as well as the Town of Parry Sound believe appropriate economic development in one Municipality is beneficial for all five Municipalities and as such we will build our economic capacity and promote the area as one Development Community. In May 2006 the Municipality of McDougall, the Township of Seguin and the Town of Parry Sound cooperatively created the Economic Development Strategy.  The Economic Development Strategy is currently being updated to include the two newest municipalities to join REDAC.
